Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall project management for the Financial Services business including building of presentations, coordination, project mapping, project analysis, and visualization to senior management.
• Responsible for building out and assisting with key strategic initiatives that the Financial services division is embarking on including partnerships.
• Prepare the analysis and reports for P&L impacts of certain projects or strategic initiatives, projections and tracking to ensure efficiency and impact levels.
• Evaluate processes, define problems or issues, and uncover areas for further improvement within the projects and financial services scope of initiatives.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (incl product, RGM, Risk, Fraud, Engineering etc) for various projects.
• Prepare regular reports on the performance of projects or strategic initiatives and provide data-backed suggestions to improve the process.
• Responsible for arranging and preparing for partnership discussions and exploring strategic initiatives with senior management.

Requirements

• Holds minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university with a background in finance, economics, business or related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in project management, partnerships, strategy and/or RGM.
• Experience working in the financial industry or big 4 accounting firms. Specific experience in consumer or merchant lending would be a plus.
• Strong skills in creating presentations for visualization, analyzing data points, and putting together project plans.
• Has a strong knowledge of project management and is a detailed and critical thinker.
• Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptable and commercially minded team player with collegial personality.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Has an excellent familiarity with computer software and apps that can support project management as well as visualization tools.
