Senior Associate Vendor Management Manager

Responsibilities
Vendor Relationship Management
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with external vendors, fostering open communication and collaboration
• Create and implement the overall business strategy for their vendors' business including managing vendor negotiations
• Manage selection through strong vendor relationships, including assessing market procurement conditions, recommending terms, and implementing procurement strategies
• To assist in the management of procurement, vendor relationship management and adhering to regulatory and corporate policies and guidelines
• Conduct regular reviews of vendor services to perform due diligence on vendors
• Regularly conduct vendor performance reviews and monitor key performance metrics to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
• Collaborate with vendors to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
Vendor Risk Management and Outsourcing
• In partnership with BUs for any sourcing process associated with the outsourcing initiative
• Facilitate vendor assessment and registration to ensure due diligence is conducted and approvals are in place before the vendor on boarding
• Provide support to BUs on Risk Assessment including the screening checks and Due Diligence Questionnaire process
• Review the result of Risk Assessment and Vendor Due Diligence Questionnaire submitted to determine the Engagement level risk
• Maintain an updated register of the onboarded vendors, required documentations and due diligence evidence in compliance to regulatory requirements
Contract Management
• Review, negotiate, and finalize vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements
• Monitor contract expiration and renewal dates, initiating the contract renewal process in a timely manner
• Work with legal and procurement teams to address contract-related issues and ensure compliance with terms and conditions
Performance Optimization
• Analyze vendor performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to enhance vendor performance, streamline processes, and drive efficiency
• Recommend and implement best practices to optimize vendor relationships and maximize value
Requirements
• 5-7 years of relevant experience within the e-commerce sector in procurement, outsourcing and vendor management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
• Knowledge of Excel and extracting data through varied reporting tools in order to drive and influence business decisions
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication (both written and oral)
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels with a strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
