Senior Associate Learning & Development Manager
About this position
This position will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of training programs within the organization. This role requires a dynamic and experienced individual who can lead a team of trainers, design effective training materials, and ensure the continuous professional development of the team.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of trainers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the training team to ensure smooth operations.
• Design, develop, and update training programs and materials that align with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Ensure training content is relevant, up-to-date, and engaging.
• Customize training programs to address specific needs of different departments and roles.
• Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
• Analyze training needs and recommend appropriate solutions to address skill gaps and enhance performance.
• Ensure a high-quality training for BPO trainers and agents.
• Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, and learning tools to ensure maximum effectiveness.
• Provide hands-on training and support to ensure practical application of skills.
• Report on training outcomes, progress, and areas for improvement to senior management.
• Work closely with Business Operations domain to align training programs with business objectives.
• Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on training activities and outcomes.
• Foster a positive learning environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage training schedules, logistics, and resources to ensure efficient delivery of training programs.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to training and development.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from top university in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training and development role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
• Have a good English proficiency.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making.
• Proficiency in using training software and tools.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is preferred.
• Experienced and have knowledge in flight industry for Non GDS / GDS is preferred.
