Responsibilities

• Develop effective commercial programs to secure 3PS subsidies and incentives for us.
• Own the implementation of commercial strategy in all commercial contracts with 3PS partners.
• Define optimal 3PS account management strategy and operations, including the collaboration mechanism with the TPN team; and own the relationship management with 3PS partners.
• Oversee the management of relationships, identification, and choice of third-party solution providers in the accommodation supply chain, while taking into account the evaluations from the product/tech team and other key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Partner with the product team to define prioritization of onboarding and problem resolution, and to build scalable product operations (i.e. conversion increment, error rate reduction, mapping logic improvement, and inventory quality consistency improvement).
• Partner with the customer operations team to define a robust service model for all 3PS in order to serve our customers well.
• Orchestrate optimal performance and problem tracking for 3PS.

Requirements

• Experience in top tier management consulting, multinational tech, investment banking, or advisory services.
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business fields from top local or overseas universities with min GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, MBA is a plus.
• Financially sound, with proven ability to develop financial complex models and projections with sensitivity analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to identify root causes and potential remedies for corrective or preventive actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to lead discussions on problem identifications and recommendation evaluations.
• A quick and passionate learner to absorbs new knowledge in the dynamic industry and has a strong drive to make things happen.
• Possess a strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence in a multicultural setting.
• Team player with proven abilities to navigate stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
