Responsibilities

Benefit Strategy and Analysis:
• Develop and implement benefit plans aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure competitive pay practices.
• Manage annual benefit reviews (i.e health insurance renewal).
• Design and evaluate benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent.

Business Partnering:
• Liaise with vendors (i.e insurance providers, brokers) to ensure that our benefits are implemented accordingly.
• Provide guidance and support on benefit matters during the hiring process, promotions, transfers, and restructures, ensuring alignment with company policies and strategies.

Compliance and Reporting:
• Develop and update benefit related policies/ guidelines to ensure they remain align with the Company’s direction.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all markets Traveloka has workforce.

Continuous Improvement:
• Conduct benefit analytics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on benefit trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in benefit management, preferably within a reward consultancy, technology firm, or multinational organization.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation management, with a good understanding of best practices and industry trends.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
• Familiarity with market survey and benchmarking analysis.
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing compensation data.
• Excellent self-awareness, communication, and interpersonal skills.
