About this position
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment process. This role will involve sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing recruitment data to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Responsibilities
• Assist in all aspects of the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and data management.
• Conduct job and task analyses to identify suitable talent pools for various roles.
• Evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes using critical thinking and logical assessment techniques.
• Prepare and present analytical recruiting reports to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Review talent applications, conduct interviews, and effectively manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, fostering strong relationships during the selection process.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Recruiter.
• Hands-on experience with various recruitment processes, including CV screening, HR screenings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and the offer process.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to manage relationships with stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
• Experience with Workday ATS is preferred.
