Product Manager - Corporate Travel

Responsibilities
• Lead the research and analysis of corporate travel customer needs, partners, product metrics, competitive landscape, and the latest technology trends to identify gaps, generate ideas, and improve market share, customer experience, and growth.
• Create product strategies and roadmaps that address both short- and long-term business needs, focusing on travel efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and user experience.
• Prioritize features based on business and customer impact, ensuring alignment with corporate travel goals. Assess usage of all existing product features.
• Translate product strategies into clear requirements and prototypes, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and addressing potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Designers, Engineers, Data, Sales, and Customer Operations, to implement new features and product enhancements that streamline corporate travel processes.
• Act as a product evangelist, raising awareness of the product's benefits and maintaining a focus on improving product performance and market leadership in corporate travel.
• Mentor junior team members, helping them grow in their roles and contribute to the product’s success.
• Liaise with external third parties who we may partner with and enhance our overall value proposition for corporate customers, overseeing a smooth partnership and revenue growth.
• Oversee the end to end delivery of products in full alignment with the product engineering team.
Requirements
• At least 2-3 years of experience in top-tier strategy or management consulting firms, or 5-7 years in multinational technology companies, with a focus on product management and/or product strategy.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other relevant technical or analytical fields from a top local or international university, with strong academic performance. An MBA is a plus.
• Experience within the corporate travel sector is a great advantage.
• Experience with engineering concepts and how products are built is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven experience in identifying root causes of issues and developing actionable solutions. Ability to address market pain points and deliver innovative solutions, whether through product enhancements or strategic initiatives.
• Excellent team player with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to drive growth projects and align cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick to learn new concepts in the ever-evolving corporate travel landscape, with the ability to synthesize new insights into actionable strategies that result in measurable business impact.
