About this position
Responsibilities
• Provide technical operational support for internal and external stakeholders of Financing products.
• Work closely with the product development team, as well as other internal and external teams to offer insights and suggestions on ways to improve product operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure successful implementation of changes.
• Carry out day-to-day operational tasks as directed by higher-level management or team leaders.
• Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and by established timelines.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and suggest relevant improvements.
Requirements
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or her field from top local universities with strong academic results.
• Excellent administrative and structural thinking skill is required.
