Collection SOP Development & Process Improvement Lead
About this position
The Collection SOP Development & Process Improvement Lead is responsible for managing the collection unit, overseeing the collection process, and ensuring quality control while formulating strategies and managing multiple projects.
Responsibilities
• Managing collection unit consist of Collection process development & documentation, and Collection QA
• Responsible for overseeing Collection Process (Operations - Quality - Complaint Handling - Product Requirement) both workflow and system/product solutions
• Able to review collection process and number in the big picture, meanwhile paying attention to detail of each sequence
• Ensuring implemented collections process adhere to regulatory by coordinating with Legal & Compliance
• Overseeing quality control that conducted to internal and external team
• Able to formulate collection strategy & processes and translate into actionable steps
• Manage multiple collection projects by following standard product management approaches
• Working closely with Collections Operational team, Data Analytics, and Product Manager in order to deliver output: collection product review & development
• Overseeing and ensure any collection process changes updated into Change Management & Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements
• [A Must] Have minimum 7+ years of experience, and minimum 3 years of experience in managerial position from Financial Industry (Banking/Multifinance/Fintech/Insurance)
• Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Data Science/IT/Management (Master degree is a plus)
• [A must] Expertise in Collection. Expertise in other areas like Risk and Fraud will be a plus
• Have a good understanding in financial services regulatory
• Have outstanding knowledge in process development in form of structured documentation, including workflow creation
• Have outstanding knowledge in Collection Process to be used in Strategic & Process Development/Optimization
• Familiar with process documentation and product management (full cycle)
• Attention to detail, familiar in numbers such as working using GDS, GSheet, etc
• Have a strong people management skills and quick adaptation in new environment
• Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
