About this position

Business Analysts at Traveloka are key drivers of business process optimization, responsible for designing and proposing data flow, data modeling, reporting structures, and system automation to integrate Traveloka’s products with finance tools.

Responsibilities

• Support product integration
• Financial reporting
• Month-end closing processes
• Audits
• Assist business users in navigating both existing and new scenarios to ensure smooth operations and facilitate innovation
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex integrations between frontend and backend systems
• Resolve data anomalies, fraud detection, and related issues
• Collaborate closely with product managers, finance teams, and engineering personnel across all seniority levels to ensure successful execution of these tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems from a reputable university
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in complex system implementations, including project planning, tracking, requirements gathering, impact assessment, translating business/finance needs into system logic, testing, and documentation
• Strong knowledge of database design, process flow diagrams, and query language
• Basic understanding of programming logic to collaborate with engineering teams
• Ability to read and analyze code to investigate bugs or determine necessary changes in a project
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Experience in a tech company, startup, or consulting is preferred
• Familiarity with common technologies for custom and packaged applications
• Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting practices is an advantage
• Experience with financial audits is a plus
