Responsibilities

• Spearhead all partnership engagements by identifying opportunities, planning, and implementing a strategy.
• Create partnership strategy and partnership planning within a specific country, working together with business units to achieve shared goals.
• Identify partnership target of opportunity based on business needs and market development. Proactively seeking to grow partner base within the area of responsibility by assessing partnership inquiries with deep exploration on what would be the workable partnerships.
• Create and execute partnership programs with local external parties.
• Lead and take accountability for partnership results within area of responsibility, making sure positive value in each partnership program, operational aspects are executed as agreement, and reports are accurate.
• Set partnership targets, and guidelines, for an assigned country, aligning with unique local properties and opportunities and standards from HQ. Effective account management with strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Take charge of high-level negotiations and deal-making with external shareholders, and work together with Business Unit or Central Marketing stakeholders to provide valuable exchange offerings.
• Manage all existing partnerships and maintain collaborative working relationships with partners.
• Review and improve current processes in partnership operations to increase the speed, quality, and reliability of those processes.

Requirements

• Have minimum 4-years experience in marketing partnerships, business development.
• Contextual to translate business objective to creative idea of the initiative.
• Have prior experience in e-commerce, digital/online company, or equivalent.
• Partnership with banking partners and government agencies is a plus.
• Have interpersonal skills with strong networking and negotiation skills.
• Have strong communication skills and a passion in meeting people.
• Excellent articulation in both written and spoken English.
• Must be result oriented & attention to detail in the process.
• Have analytical and structured thinking; must be comfortable with numbers.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Social Science from top local or overseas universities.
