Responsibilities

• Able to formulate dashboard collection metric for monitoring and analytic purposes
• Review regularly cost of collection both internal and external
• Manage report version in order to track changes
• Conduct experimentation and ad hoc analysis

Requirements

• [A Must] Have minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Industry (Banking/Multifinance/Fintech/Insurance)
• Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Data Science/IT/Management (Master degree is a plus)
• [A must] Expertise in Collection. Expertise in other areas like Risk and Fraud will be a plus
• Have a good understanding in financial services regulatory
• Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
