Customer Service Officer
About this position
Responsibilities
• Timely and accurately process sales orders received including daily monitoring orders through EDI and loading manual orders.
• Coordinate with planner, scheduler and shipping section for order handling.
• Timely interact with internal and external customers related to order confirmation, materials shortage and shipping/delivery schedule.
• Comply with customer’s specification and ensure flow down to related department.
• Resolve customer issues with orders, product information, shipment, document and others related questions.
• Maintain related sale orders files and documents within determined parameters.
• Attend and represent the department at inter-departmental meetings, as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in supply chains, business administration or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in related function.
• Good communication skills and service mind.
• Good command of written and spoken in English.
• Proficient in MS office applications.
