E-Commerce Officer
About this position
You will assist our team in conducting promotion planning & setup, order management & KOL live management tasks, live shopping events and ensuring smooth eCommerce operations.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
• Acting like a main person in charge to support and communicate with Client to drive sales growth in EC platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, COL and Brand.com)
• Co-ordinating with Key Account Manager (KAM) in each EC platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, COL and Brand.com) to prepare and configurate promotional mechanics.
• Planning & preparing for the promotional campaigns in EC platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, COL and Brand.com) and be able to setup to drive sales on EC.
• Ensuring products are always ready-to-sell and update with the stock availability.
• Coordinating between clients & graphic design team for all promotional art works including briefs & deliverables.
• Researching market data and monitoring competitors' promotions online to provide useful insights for client’s EC sales growth.
• Create and organize detailed forms for live events, including live headlines, product lists (for all stores), and return address information.
• Develop and update visibility forms, such as live event headlines, Hero SKU names, links, and prices to ensure seamless execution.
• Coordinate and book live slots for KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) across multiple platforms.
• Generate daily order reports from major eCommerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, TikTok, and Central Online (COL).
• Arrange logistics and bookings with DHL and other courier services to ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of working experience in E-Commerce & Project Management related field
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, COL and Brand.com e-Shop management
• Detail oriented, organized, systematic thinking and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
