E-Commerce Manager
About this position
The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital communication for both international and local brands, from strategy to execution, while managing online communication channels and ensuring that marketing goals are met.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for all aspect of digital communication for our clients both international and local brands from strategy to action
• Manage all online communication channels; website, social media, KOLs as well as Ecommerce platforms
• Define and manage clients’ KPIs to ensure all strategies and implementation plan are met the goals
• Drive and implement cost effective online, social media marketing campaigns and in-app media marketing (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, JD Central, Brand.com etc.) for all marketing funnels
• Budget planning and recommending for the brands in online media suitable for specific campaign matching with target audiences and business objectives
• Follow online marketing trends, new social media site/platforms and able to make recommendations and solutions
• Provide ROI and post-campaign measurement and recommendation to improve future actions
• Prepare & conduct daily/weekly/monthly performance review with clients
• Build & manage sales relationship and opportunities with existing clients & new acquisition
• Manage project P&L to meet company’s target
• Responsible for team management to achieve with high productivity and encourage team collaboration among related parties to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
• Develop and manage relationships with clients
• Organize and lead the discussions with clients in meetings
• Research the industry on an on-going basis to know what changes may be on the horizon that will impact current and future strategy of digital marketing
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing agency or digital marketing division of B2C/B2B company
• Experience & knowledge in E-commerce business and/or digital ads campaign (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus
• Possess data-oriented mind
• Language: Thai (native level) / English (business level)
• Communication skills: Must be professional and charming.
• Must be self-starter
• Solid in project management background
• Advance in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office
