About this position

The Customer Service position involves handling inquiries and complaints from customers and partners on a social media platform, requiring effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries/complaints of customers / Partner (Chat/Inbound/Outbound)
• Manage any issue/cases from Customer / Partner directly and find solutions
• Other as assigned Working day: 5 days per week Shift Work: 09.00-18.00 / 14.00-23.00

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Welcome fresh graduate
• Good command of English
• Regularly use social media
