About this position

The Customer Service position requires handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively while assisting in a productive manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries/complaints of customers.
• Assist customer complaints in an effective and productive manner.
• Other as assigned.

Requirements

• Welcome fresh graduate
• Good command of English both writing and speaking
• Experience or Internship in Customer Service field
• Rotating shifts (5 days Time 07.00-16.00, 09.00-18.00, 10.00-19.00, 12.00-21.00, 14.00-23.00, 22.00-07.00)
