Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback via chat platforms in Chinese.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively, ensuring satisfaction and timely follow-up.
• Monitor and engage with the Chinese-speaking online community to foster positive relationships.
• Assist in moderating community discussions and addressing frequently asked questions.
Requirements
• Native or fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), with excellent written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Have experiences in the customer service (Chat) is preferred.
• New graduated are also welcome.
• Can start work immediately is would be adventage.
