Content Quality Analyst (Khmer-English)
About this position
The Content Quality Analyst (Khmer-English) is responsible for monitoring and coaching Khmer agents to ensure they meet performance standards and achieve service level agreements (SLAs). This role involves data analysis, quality inspection reporting, and collaboration with other departments to optimize processes.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for monitoring Khmer agents.
• Monitor performance and coach Khmer agents to achieve SLAs.
• Thorough data analysis, feedback problems & handling necessary escalation, and forming a quality inspection report for Khmer Team.
• Work closely & hand in hand with other departments to respond immediately to relevant operation needs.
• Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform of Khmer Team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Proven experience in customer service management or supervisory role, preferably in a residential or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.
