Content Moderator (QC Content)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Review and moderate user-generated content, including videos, comments, and profiles, to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
• Identify and remove content that violates community standards, including hate speech, graphic violence, harassment, and other harmful material.
• Evaluate content in various languages and formats to maintain quality and consistency.
• Report and document violations and escalate complex cases to senior team members as needed.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of moderation policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on platform policies, community guidelines, and emerging content trends.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment in content moderation approaches.
• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance moderation skills and knowledge.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Welcome fresh graduate
• Good command of English
• Regularly use social media.
• Rotating shifts (5 days 07.00-16.00, 09.00-18.00, 10.00-19.00, 12.00-21.00, 14.00-23.00, 22.00-07.00)
