About this position
The AQM Engineer serves as the primary contact for customer quality issues, focusing on enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Customer contact window for market quality issues
• Promoting and improving customer product quality and customer quality rating.
• Provide customer quality reports
• Coordinate with customers for reporting ECN and ECR changes.
• Responsible for quality related reviews and audits conducted by customers at the factory.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
• Good English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Bachelor Degree or Master
• Possess office skills, continuous learning, proactivity, and execution abilities.
• Familiar with quality improving technologies, customer complaint handling process
• Have 2 year quality control or customer reception experience
