About this position

เจ้าหน้าที่ขาย/Sales Executive จะรับผิดชอบในการค้นหาและระบุลูกค้าใหม่ในตลาดต่างประเทศ รวมถึงการพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าเดิมเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจและความภักดี.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and identify new potential customers in international markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers, ensuring profitable margins for the company.
• Calculate and analyze production costs, pricing, and profitability to optimize sales performance.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain quality standards.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing prompt and professional resolutions.
• Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the plastic packaging industry or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of international markets and export regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in English is essential for communicating with international clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for cost calculations and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel internationally to meet with clients and attend trade shows.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
