About this position
Responsibilities
• Oversee, plan, monitor, and resolve issues within the development team, and report progress to management.
• Provide guidance, control, monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and improve the company’s ERP system and internal applications to achieve objectives.
• Implement and support the ERP system and internal applications.
• Coordinate with external service providers to effectively resolve ERP system issues.
• Gather user requirements, design programs, reports, and databases, and create Requirement Specs/MEMOs for the development team.
• Test and troubleshoot developed or modified programs and reports.
• Install programs and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Computer, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Business Processes, including domestic and international sales systems, production planning, BOM, warehouse management, purchasing (domestic and international), accounting, finance, and costing.
• Basic knowledge in SQL, ABAP, or C#.NET, SSRS, Web Application.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Implementer for ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficient in system design, programming, and report generation.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• At least 5 years of experience as a systems analyst and program designer.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a development team.
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to integrate and link various business processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
