OHS Asst. Manager (จป. วิชาชีพ)
About this position
The OHS Assistant Manager (จป. วิชาชีพ) is responsible for developing and implementing safety policies, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement policies and practices to identify / mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace and external environment
• Plan and implement Safety & WEA Audit project yearly
• Investigate accidents and environmental incidents and liaising with engineer, management and health and safety regulatory authorities to identify causes if accidents and prevent their recurrence
• Provide advice and training on safety protocols and conduct audits to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to environmental and employee health and safety in compliance with Thai law and Headquarters
• Maintain relationship with the community, environment groups and other stakeholder impacted by the environmental performance of the organization
• Other projects as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety
• 7-10 years of experience in OHS role
• Experience in ISO45001, ISO14001 implementation
• Good command in English (require TOEIC 550+)
• Ability to drive with Driver License
