About this position

The Legal Officer position involves reviewing agreements, coordinating contract negotiations, and providing legal advice within a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Review agreements and coordinate with business units for contract negotiations across various legal fields (e.g. investment projects, compliance, dispute management, and regional legal functions).
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice in response to inquiries from the company and its subsidiaries.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
• At least 1 year of experience in reviewing English contracts.
• Proficiency in English at business level (TOEIC score of 750+).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Flexibility and openness to working in a multinational environment.
• Having a Lawyer license will be an advantage.
