About this position

The IT Manager will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, lead the IT infrastructure team, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, and cloud services.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT infrastructure team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute infrastructure strategies that align with organizational goals and ensure scalability.
• Budget Management: Manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Security Oversight: Implement security protocols to protect data and infrastructure from threats.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Incident Management: Oversee troubleshooting and incident response for infrastructure-related issues.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor infrastructure performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, server management, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with IT security and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent in English (required TOEIC 730+)
