About this position

The IT Manager is responsible for managing and performing work across multiple areas of the organization’s IT Platform/Infrastructure, including analysis, development, administration, and support, while conducting cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing or performing work across multiple areas of an organization’s overall IT Platform/Infrastructure including analysis, development, and administration as well as support conducts cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects as input to the organization’s IT roadmap:
• Define and oversee IT mid-term plan and annual plan
• Define and oversee IT budget and cost visualization
• Define and oversee IT security and IT governance implementing
• Initial and develop Digital Transformation for business process enhancement
• Resolve issue and ensure solutions are viable & consistent
• Provide consultation and technical assistance on the day-to-day IT support to business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Master Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security
• 8-10 experience in IT division
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with cross-functional team
• Strong Project Management, IT Compliance (ISO27001)
• Strong Leadership skill
• In-depth knowledge of network / system technologies and network devices (TCP/IP, VLANS, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, VM Ware, CISO, Palo Alto)
• Excellent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
