Import / Export Officer (Food Products)
About this position
The Import / Export Officer (Food Products) is responsible for coordinating with customers and suppliers, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations in the import-export process.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers for response their daily inquiry.
• Receive and verify enquiry from customers.
• Create request for customer from with full information to supplier and follow up.
• Cooperate with support unit such as W/H, transportation, shipping, accounting, and QC department for routine working.
• Monthly visiting and meeting with customers.
• Monitor sales performance and profit that it achieved.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administrative, Economics or related field
• 0-1 years working experience in Import-Export Sales or related field (New grads are also welcome)
• Good command of English with TOEIC score 550 up
• PC literature in Microsoft Office
• Able to drive with license
