HR Manager (Overview)
About this position
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive company culture aligned with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
• Consult and Supervise: Advise management on staffing, compensation, benefits, training, development, budget, and labor relations.
• Culture Development: Foster a company culture that aligns with organizational objectives.
• HR Initiatives: Plan, design, develop, and evaluate HR initiatives to support company goals.
• HR Management and Development: Oversee all HRM and HRD activities to ensure efficiency.
• Program Implementation: Direct organizational development, employee orientation, training, remuneration, benefits, policies, performance management, career management, and employee relations programs.
• Talent Management: Design and manage talent and succession plans, including coordination with overseas subsidiaries.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws.
• Budget Management: Plan and manage the HR department budget.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management.
• Experience in HR management in overall function from global company.
• Solid knowledge of modern HR knowledge & Labor law.
• Interpersonal skill, Problem solving skills, data visualization skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Fluent in English (TOEIC score 730+).
