Responsibilities
HR Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Conduct investigations into employee grievances and ensure fair resolution.
Policy Development and Compliance:
• Create and update HR policies to comply with labor laws and best practices.
• Provide training to management and staff on HR policies and employee relations.
Performance Management:
• Support performance evaluation processes and employee development initiatives.
• Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports for senior management on employee relations and HR metrics.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in HRM
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (TOEIC score 730+).
