Financial Officer
About this position
The Financial Officer is responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, supporting reconciliation processes, and providing financial analysis to management.
Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and income statements.
• Compile financial data and provide analysis for management.
• Ensure accuracy in financial data entry across various platforms.
• Maintain and organize financial records for easy access and reporting.
• Support the financial team in tracking and managing budgets.
• Assist in preparing budget and forecast documents.
• Work with team members to analyze budget variances and financial projections.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for financial analysis.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related area is preferred. This can include internships, part-time roles, or relevant coursework that demonstrates knowledge in financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of financial software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• GPA 2.75 up / TOEIC 550 up
