Responsibilities
• Responsible to build up brand awareness, CRM program to both external and internal parties.
• Enhance new insurance business opportunities in digital channel
• Analyst market information to set business plan and sales strategy to support sale.
• Ensure End to End operation process will be able to meet with business needs and serve all stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Insurance Business, Marketing or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in Insurance Business Development, Marketing or Sales Operations process with experience at managerial level.
• Experience in setting up an insurance online platform would be an advantage.
• Good command of English both speaking and writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and etc.).
• Having skills in management, marketing and business negotiation and interpersonal.
