Fleet Collection Administration Staff
About this position
The position of Fleet Collection Administration Staff involves working at the Suntower building in Jatujak, Bangkok, and requires handling various administrative tasks related to collection and customer service.
Responsibilities
• To prepare collection/legal documents.
• Recording customer information in the system.
• Calculate early termination, expenses including allocating the installment in the system.
• Contact customers and send a confirmation letter as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 1 years’ experience in administration.
• Knowledge of leasing and consumer protection laws.
• Basic computer programs MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good command in English both written and spoken would be preferable.
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Positive attitude, a passion for customer service, willingness to learn and adaptable to new tasks.
• Attention to detail, thoroughness, ability to work under pressure, and effective teamwork.
