The Execution & Mediation Staff will oversee and manage outsourced office operations, focusing on improving work efficiency and achieving optimal results.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the outsourced office, provide advice, and propose new solutions to improve work efficiency and achieve the best results.
• Manage field debt collection for the assigned outsourced office, ensuring the overall process meets set goals.
• Coordinate and support concerned units or related departments in completing any forthcoming or current projects and requests.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher of Law Faculty or related fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience in repossession process, debt following up management or related role.
• Fair in English (Both written and spoken).
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in other provinces from time to time.
• Work under pressure, interpersonal skill and negotiable.
