About this position

This position will be under TOYOTA Insurance Broker Co., Ltd. (Subsidiary of Toyota Leasing (Thailand) Co., Ltd) and is focused on supporting the software development process for digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support software development process for digital platforms (Gurumalist and TripSabuy) from end-to-end.
• Gathering business requirements and collaborating with UX/UI designers when necessary to prepare the application interface.
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
• Creating test cases for system testing.
• The development will cover both new functionality and improvements to existing features, with a strong focus on enhancing customer experience on the platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field related.
• About 2 years of working experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or UI/UX strategic design or any field related would be required.
• Having knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT background would be an advantage.
• Practical in English both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analytic tools as needed.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
