In 1964, cars manufacturing plant under brand “TOYOTA” was firstly built in Thailand. With response from customers, TOYOTA expanded production capacity by setting up new plant in Samrong (1969), Gateway (1997), and Ban Pho (2007). Until 2010, TOYOTA had moved its production To Ban Pho, to combined volume production of TAW and Ban Pho plant, that caused temporarily suspended TAW operation during 2010 until 2012. In 2012, TAW plant was re-opened in the name of TOYOTA AUTO WORKS, cooperated by TOYOTA AUTO BODY (JAPAN) and TOYOTA MOTOR THAILAND, producing Hiace Commuter which has gained the first place of Commercial Vehicle market in Thailand.

About this position

The Compliance Assistant Manager is responsible for conducting and supporting compliance activities, ensuring overall control of the company's compliance, promoting compliance among employees, and providing training on compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and Support Compliance job.
• Overall control company's compliance.
• Promote compliance to employees.
• Training about compliance regulation to employees.
• Other Jobs as assignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree of Law or related fields.
• Have experiences in compliance job 5 years up.
• Have knowledge about laws and regulation concern the company such as PDPA, Business Laws etc.
• Good Communication Skill.
• Good Leadership.
• Can communicate in English.
