QA,QC Deputy Manager
About this position
The QA, QC Deputy Manager is responsible for overseeing quality control processes, managing claims, supporting customer negotiations, and leading the QA, QC team to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
Responsibilities
• Part quality control (Incoming, In process, Outgoing/final QC)
• Claim management: Receive claim → containment action → problem analysis → permanent improvement → Yokoten (Countermeasure deployment)
• Support and negotiate with customers as required.
• Manage QA, QC team and skill development for qualified competency
• QMS: job role in QMR
• EMS: job role in EMS
• Supplier quality development- roles (if required)
• Other assigned from commander (GM, President)
Requirements
• QA, QC Functional work experience at least 5 years is preferred.
• Good knowledge & skill for automotive body part will be advantaged.
• Good work-attitude and management skill.
• Good knowledge and experience in QMR for IATF & car maker requirements such as policy management, KPI management, management review, Internal & External audit.
• Must have IATF16949 lead auditor certificated.
• Good negotiation skill.
