About this position

The Assembly Engineer (Robot Welding) is responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the assembly process through various engineering tasks, including tooling design and robot programming.

Responsibilities

• Check part drawing for process and tooling design
• Create and setting jig tooling (Concept design -> setting -> trial)
• Create and setting robot program (Welding process)
• Part data confirm between trial
• Summary data quality for feedback improvement
• Report for trial result
• Process improvement (Assembly process)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering. (Mechatronics/Mechanical/Industrial).
• Experience in robot operation such as Fanuc, Yaskawa etc.
• Experience in Assembly process (Stamping-Body part).
• Can use basic 3D program such as Catia, Auto CAD etc.
