About this position

The Assembly Engineer (Robot Welding) is responsible for designing and implementing tooling and robot programs for welding processes, ensuring quality and process improvement in assembly operations.

Responsibilities

• Check part drawing for process and tooling design
• Create and setting jig tooling (Concept design -> setting -> trial)
• Create and setting robot program (Welding process)
• Part data confirm between trial
• Summary data quality for feedback improvement
• Report for trial result
• Process improvement (Assembly process)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering. (Mechatronics/Mechanical/Industrial).
• Experience in robot operation such as Fanuc, Yaskawa etc.
• Experience in Assembly process (Stamping-Body part).
• Can use basic 3D program such as Catia, Auto CAD etc.
