About this position

The Innovation Department Manager (R&D Manager) is responsible for developing plastic packaging products for cosmetics and food, focusing on alternative materials and new innovations.

Responsibilities

• Manage department of innovation, developing plastic packaging products for cosmetics and food.
• Alternative materials and new product, exploring new innovations.
• Research and Development for new raw materials, alternative raw materials, new tools for use in the production of plastic packaging and increase sales for company target.
• Analyze and find the cause of issue including prepare methods for solving.
• Summary of experimental and test analysis results, report and communicate to relevant people.
• Contact the agency that receive for analysis to compare prices, details of analysis and service.

Requirements

• Master's degree to Doctoral degree in Science Polymer or related fields.
• Over 5 years experience working in research and development (R&D) or a laboratory in a plastic packaging manufacturing.
• Good command of English.
• Have a good personality.
• Communication skills and solves the problems well.
