About this position

ตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้อมีหน้าที่ในการจัดหาและจัดซื้อสินค้าจากประเทศจีน รวมถึงการประสานงานกับผู้แทนและซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อให้การผลิตและการขนส่งเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น.

Responsibilities

• จัดหา-จัดซื้อ-บรรจุภัณฑ์จากประเทศจีน
• จัดหา Supplier จากประเทศจีน
• ติดตามระยะเวลาการผลิตจาก Supplier จีน
• ประสานงานผู้แทนนำเข้าในการจัดเตรียมการขนส่ง
• จัดทำข้อมูลลงใน MS Excel
• ประสานงานกับ Supplies จีน ในกรณีมีการเคลมหรือขอลดหนี้สำหรับสินค้าที่เกิดความเสียหาย
• ติดต่อประสานงานภายในและภายนอก

Requirements

• วุฒิปริญญาตรีสาขาภาษาจีนธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สื่อสารภาษาจีนและภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน)
• มีประสบการณ์งานจัดซื้อ หรืองาน Source sing สินค้าจากประเทศจีน
• สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี โดยเฉพาะ MS Excel
• บุคคลิกภาพดี
