About this position

The QC Inspection & Packing Leader is responsible for overseeing the quality control process, ensuring compliance with standards, and providing training to team members.

Responsibilities

• Create daily QC plan with TFSEM planning department
• Capture daily production efficiency
• Provide production output and deviation report to TFSEM MGT
• Final inspection of dyed tubes, assure quality is complying with standard requirement
• Review and resolve issues with knitting and dyeing operations
• Provide on-site training for DH QC line operation
• Timely escalate non-compliance quality issues to Dyeing Team Manager and TFSEM
• Training new Quality Control Inspector team members
• Updating testing protocols and standards to increase safety and efficiency

Requirements

• Having supervision on Quality Dyeing Operations
• Spoken: Thai / English
• Written: Thai / English
• Good Communications Skills
• Ability to lead & work as a team
• Troubleshooting
