About this position

ตำแหน่งวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการมีหน้าที่ในการวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานในกระบวนการต่างๆ รวมถึงการจัดทำรายงานและ SOP เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน.

Responsibilities

• จัดทำรายงานและวิเคราะห์ตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพหลัก (KPI) ของ DH
• จัดทำ SOP โดยละเอียดสำหรับกระบวนการย้อมสี
• ดำเนินการศึกษาระยะเวลาและกำลังการผลิตในกระบวนการต่างๆ ตั้งแต่การย้อมสีไปจนถึงการบรรจุหีบห่อ
• ติดตามประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน Right First Time จนถึงระดับผู้ปฏิบัติงาน
• ช่วยเหลือในการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุหลักและแก้ไขปัญหา
• ช่วยเหลือในการปรับปรุงโครงการ

Requirements

• วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์: ยินดีรับนักศึกษาที่จบใหม่
• ทักษะการวิเคราะห์: มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การประเมินประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
• การจัดการโครงการ: มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการโครงการและการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดี มีความสามารถในการประสานงานกับทีมต่างๆ ในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการทำงาน
• การสื่อสาร: สามารถสื่อสารและประสานงานกับทีมต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษ: พอใช้
