At Toll Group, the Project Implementation & QA position involves developing project plans, ensuring milestones are met, and leading quality assurance efforts to comply with relevant standards.
Responsibilities
• Develop project plans and ensure the project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Monitoring project budgets, preparing progress reports, and liaising with key stakeholders.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• Collect, analyze, and report data relative to the project outcomes.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for the meeting.
• Lead and prepare documents for Quality Compliance Audit System to comply with all related requirements, and coordinate with all relevant teams.
• Control and take responsibility for document management in various quality systems such as ISO9001:2015, GMP(GHP)/HACCP.
• Keep up to date with necessary information regarding the quality of the system.
• Responsible for document registration and coordinating with all departments to control the preparation, distribution, and storage of documents related to work.
• Plan the internal audit and external audit calendar.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master of Logistics, supply chain mgmt. or related field.
• 3 years of project implementation or quality assurance experience in a logistics industry.
• Excellence communication skills both with internal and external partners.
• A capacity to operate in a rapidly changing environment.
• An understanding of the project management lifecycle and ability to track and report against milestones in a professional and consultative manner.
• Financial management and KPI reporting experience.
• Previous background in Power BI or any business intelligence (BI Tools) and Operations systems WMS and TMS.
• Well advanced in computer Microsoft Office.
• Good command in English.
• Ability to travel.
