About this position

Supports the design, development, and implementation of OD interventions by assisting with organizational diagnosis, data collection and analysis, and supporting the execution of programs across areas such as cultural transformation, organizational design, performance management, talent management, and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Supports data collection efforts (surveys, focus groups, interviews), analyzes data under guidance from senior team members, and prepares reports to highlight key findings.
• Assists in the design and delivery of OD interventions, develops materials, coordinates logistics, and provides support to participants.
• Supports cultural surveys and focus groups, analyzes cultural data, and assists with communication and engagement activities to support cultural change.
• Gathers data on current organizational structures and processes, analyzes workflows, and supports the implementation of organizational design changes.
• Supports the administration of the performance management system, including providing guidance to employees and managers on using the performance management platform or tools. May assist with compiling and analyzing performance data to prepare for performance calibration sessions.
• Supports talent assessments, analyzes talent data, and assists with the development and delivery of talent management programs.
• Collects data on potential successors, tracks their development progress, and assists with succession planning communication and documentation.
• Supervise junior team members and manage team progress and provides feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development or a related field.
• Implemented OD initiatives.
• Computer literacy: Email Writing, Power point and excel in Advance, Word in moderately.
• Attributes: Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, Positive attitude, and willingness to learn and grow, Analytical and critical thinking skills.
