About this position

Handle and proceed all medical underwriting procedure, supervise and coach junior medical underwriter and support non medical cases.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with agents, Medical Doctor, and other partner associates, through verbal and/or written means
• Underwriting of day to day proposals and adherence to TAT’s and clear backlog.
• Ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines and application of company policies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Performs related duties and special projects as requested by the Underwriting Supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in nursing or medical technology
• 3-5 years’ experience in individual life/health underwriting and 1 year experience in managerial level
• Having strong interpersonal skill, communication skill and service mind
• Having analytical thinking
• Computer literacy and good command in English
• Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good in communicating and writing in English (TOEIC Score 300)
