About this position

The position plays an important role in corporate planning which will be involved in all aspects of the business, especially in dealing with reports and projects. The main purpose is to focus on financial planning and analysis, to design a path of growth and profitability improvement amidst competition and changes, to examine the company and channel performances including competitor performance, as well as spot business opportunities and threats.

Responsibilities

• To track, access and monitor company and channel’s performance & KPIs regularly and spot the area, and make the analysis that help channels to improve sales quality and performance. To be a partner/strategist with distribution channel on creating sales strategy, sales management, strategic move, data analysis that could lead to action plans.
• To work and complete annually, quarterly, or monthly documents and reports of business plans, performance, risk, and analysis as requested to regulators and regional office. This includes business planning exercises.
• To develop and oversee strategies, projects, and business operations for both department and the corporate level by working on analysis, adjustment, communications, actions and/or alternatives to meet business needs.
• To gather, analyze and organize information, track industry and competitive trends, develop forecasting models and scenario analysis, examine strategic performance, spot market opportunities, identify business threats, look for strategic solutions, support channel for new business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Above in Actuarial Science, Statistics or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in life insurance fields and Having Actuarial background is an advantage.
• 1-3 years' experience in management team leader would be an advantage
• Passionate, self-motivated, excellent analytical skill and communication skill
• Service-oriented attitude to work with all parties and can be the project leader
• Proficient in English
