About this position

The R&D Staff position involves calibrating instruments, developing prototypes, and ensuring quality control of products while collaborating with various departments and implementing management systems.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate the Quality control (QC) and Development (R&D) Instrument of present products.
• Collect information from Sales and aim for prototypes with target physical properties.
• Make prototypes (do Polymerization) of products with the target physical properties.
• Collect target physical property information from production and control the quality of products.
• Evaluate to above QC product and R&D product.
• Check text that need to approval text (Calibration and evaluation).
• Help Manager (Include DGM, M, AM) to deal with other departments and other companies.
• Others as per assigned by supervisor.
• Environmental Management System implementation & improvement (ISO14001).
• Quality Management System implementation & improvement (ISO9001).
• Implement and improvement about Environment and Safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of Science / Engineering. (Major : Chemical / Related Field.)
• 0-5 year up experienced.
• Think logically Analytical techniques.
• Can communicate in English.
• Have knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001.
• Have knowledge of basic chemical.
• Computer skill.
