We are seeking a Senior Manager, Optimization & Overseas Procurement to join us.

Responsibilities

• Lead overseas procurement team in six countries in Southeast Asia; ensuring effective and continuous supply of both direct and indirect materials with timely decision making to handle all operational activities along the procurement process and solve all arising problems to mitigate business impacts and develop preventive plans.
• Setting overseas procurement KPI, and formulating strategies and implementation plan. Closely monitor supply situation and price trends to analyze and evaluate situations. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to minimize the impact of disruptions.
• Control and manage overseas procurement negotiation process.
• Seeking alternative supply sources to enhance purchasing efficiency with lower costs and risk of supply shortage.
• Check the selection of new vendors and annual vendor evaluation.
• Verify and approve purchase orders in the SAP system.
• Build and strengthen relationships with suppliers to enhance supply quality for sustainable growth.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly KPI reports to present to management / top management.
• Develop working processes and team to enhance working efficiency.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce procurement expenses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement procedures and enhance overall business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degrees in engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or chemistry.
• At least 12 years of work experience, including 5 years in procurement with team leadership experience.
• Experienced with SAP.
• Strong leadership skills, along with talent in negotiations and networking.
• Proficiency in decision-making and numerical analysis.
• Fluent oral and written English language skills.
