About this position

TOA Paint (Thailand) PCL is seeking potential candidates for the Senior Manager Finance & Accounting position to join with us. (Subsidiary Company)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for finance and accounting operations to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy aligning to accounting and credit policy including accounting standard. This also includes tax management, financial statement preparation to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and to achieve target.
• Collaborating on setting mission, vision and finance and accounting strategy for short-term and long-term in compliance with TOA’s strategy.
• Collaborating on setting key measurements and performance target of finance and accounting including review annual business plan to ensure in appropriate and complying with business target.
• Govern General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury to ensure accuracy aligning with accounting standards and TOA Group’s accounting policy.
• Govern tax operation to ensure the compliance to laws and TOA Group’s policies by considering maximizing tax benefits to TOA Group, including providing sufficient and effective internal advisory.
• Govern the preparation of separated financial statement and consolidated financial statement accurately accordance to accounting standards, relevant laws and regulation and complying with TOA Group’s accounting policy.
• Review, improve and develop business processes of finance and accounting to always be effective and efficient.
• Support and promote subordinates to self-development on capability and positive attitude to organization. This includes always having performance evaluation and providing feedback to subordinates.
• Build and maintain relationship with other stakeholders, including coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure efficient and effective operation.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or above.
• At least 10 years in accounting fields. Experience in a Big 4 audit firm and FMCG is an advantage.
• CPA is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and work independently in a tight timeline, and fast-paced changing environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions.
